What happens if we exceed the 10-hour charter limit?

Extra hours are charged at an affordable flat rate of IDR 100,000 per hour (for Kijang Innova) or IDR 150,000 per hour (for Toyota Hiace), payable directly to your driver at the end of the day.

Are entrance tickets and meals included in the car charter?

The charter rate covers the private vehicle, fuel, driver, parking, and toll fees. Personal attraction entrance fees, activity tickets, and restaurant meals are paid individually by guests at each location.

Can we choose our own pickup time and hotel location?

Yes, absolutely! You specify your preferred pickup time (e.g., 08:00 AM, 09:00 AM) and location (hotel, villa, resort, or Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport) during booking.

How do we confirm and pay for the booking?

Simply send a WhatsApp message with your desired date, vehicle type, and pickup hotel. You can pay cash in IDR directly to the driver on the day of your tour, or via online bank transfer beforehand.
